Abortion Rights More Important Now Than Freedom Of Religion

Yeah those were the good ole days.
Now I personally think it is stupid for a hospital not to administer an emergency contraceptive to a raped woman. I myself don’t have any moral objections to it. But some religious people do, and to force a religious hospital to do this, when it is a clear violation of its religion amounts to a clear violation of the first amendment. At one time the constitution meant something.
Hopefully a federal court will strike down that horrible constitutional violation.
