Obama is “A Long-Legged Mack Daddy!” — Reverend James David Manning, Ph.D.

From today’s Nashville City Paper: Reverend T.J. Graham, midday talk show host at WVOL-1470AM, a Nashville radio station with a primarily black audience, had as a guest Rev. James David Manning, the pastor of Harlem’s Atlah Worldwide Church.

In the article, Rev. Graham described Rev. Manning as ‘controversial’…

“This man has been trashing Barack Obama in a fashion that makes what the Rev. Jeremiah Wright said sound mild,” Graham said of Manning. “He’s called Obama’s mother trash, and is on the record as saying any black man who hasn’t been in jail can’t be trusted. He’s downing him in very specific and vicious language.”

So, being charitable and cautious, I searched the web for information on Rev. Dr. Manning. I’ve found some good stuff. And, Dr. Manning has a new fan! Like Dr. Bill Cosby, Rev. Manning has sharp criticism for those who deserve it.

But, there’s some not-so-loving articles and put-downs from non-fans (who would rather hear the weak-link stuff that stifles self-sufficiency…)

Rev. James David Manning, the pastor of Harlem’s Atlah Worldwide church, insulted Barack Obama by calling the presidential candidate “trash” and a “mack daddy”.”His African-in-heat father went a-whoring after a trashy white woman,” said Manning, who is a proclaimed Clinton supporter. “[Obama] was born trash.”

“He got started — you didn’t notice him ’til he brought out those big-chested white women with their tight T-shirts and their short pants,” said Manning about how Obama started his campaign. “That’s what a pimp does He’s a mack daddy. He pimps white women and black women. Obama is a long-legged mack daddy.”

This YouTube video shows some serious sermon, buddy. This man doesn’t pull any punches. Just see for yourself.

Rev. Manning’s telling Obama supporters to get up and be men, describing black men as “the weakest men on the planet” because of affirmative action. This is strong stuff, and something that is worth hearing. “The future of the African-American people is in my mouth…“I would listen to this man. He speaks build strength, where others in the black community seek to enable their personal power by plying on and pandering to weaknesses. You listening, Jesse?

Barack is an emissary of the devil…I’m your last hope…”

Whoo boy, this makes me want to go out and get two or three part-time jobs and please, pass that collection plate around twice!

So lemme get this straight. Rev. Wright is a bigot and hate-monger because he says that Hillary hasn’t been called the “n-word” and he condemns violence against innocent civilians.

Rev. Manning is speaking truth to power and says some great things when he calls Obama’s mother white trash.

Interesting…good to see where you are coming from.

Even while Rev. Manning is a Shrill shill, and obviously enjoys the money Bill has lavished on Harlem (which is the real reason he’s so forthright in his support for the Clintons, and his strong attacks on Obama) he does stumble onto a couple good points; namely, that blacks should pull away from the enslaving notion that they can be perpetual victims by not standing on their own. Turn loose the teat of affirmative action, get jobs, grow families, get ‘roots’ in the communities, and not rely on Democrats to provide their substance.

Much like Dr. Cosby, Rev. Dr. Manning seeks to point young black men in a different direction.

    The theatrics? Just that.

I’m just a spectator. Got popcorn?

    ;D

Manning is an uncle tom Judas who has sold out for 30 pieces of silver. I understand he is a Clinton supporter and is working hard to earn every piece of that silver. He obviously is not a christian “reverened,” with the hateful lies he spews about Obama and his family. Manning sounds more like a follower of Satan who the bible says “comes to kill and destroy.” He needs to get out of the pulpit because he certainly is not representing Jesus Christ who preached love and salvation to sinners.

Before speaking of Manning, it’s important to mention another individual first, to put things into the proper perspective:

On January 23rd 2008 on the Jeff Rense radio program, a man named Larry Sinclair made stunning claims about Senator Barack Obama. Sinclair claimed that in 1999 he met Barack Obama and Obama purchased and supplied him with cocaine. Sinclair also claims that he performed a sex act on the Senator and the Senator smoked crack cocaine during the evening.

Larry Sinclair has thus far failed to produce a single viable piece of evidence. Is it any wonder nobody in the mainstream media wants to risk their career and credibility covering this farce?

Legally and morally, the burden is on Sinclair to prove his allegations, not on Obama to disprove them. Larry Sinclair knows this, but he is banking (quite literally) on the fact that the court of public opinion operates quite differently than a court of law, and isn’t making any substantial effort to prove his accusations.

He knows that it’s hard to prove you DIDN’T do something, and is rallying the ignorant under this pretense to send him contributions (and any other number of other ‘fundraising’ activities of questionable legality). He’s got them so worked up that several of them are posting threats on his blog (larrysinclair0926.wordpress.com) to kill Obama if he gets elected.

And as if that weren’t enough, this so-called Reverend (Mr. Manning) seems to worship Larry Sinclair *more* than he would worship God. He supports Sinclair to the hilt (no pun intended) even though Sinclair is admittedly gay, a drug user, a liar, a thief, and is clearly and unashamedly unrepentant.

Manning, like Sinclair, is looking for 15 minutes of fame and a fatter pocketbook.

Wow. How quick some are to judge Rev. Manning while the same group still holds Rev. Wright and Father Pfleger harmless and in such good standing.

    Got hypocrisy?

I haven’t paid much attention to Sinclair, but if what he says happened, how do you prove that? It’s one man’s word against another. Oh, and the taxi driver I suppose, but he’s probably not reliable or even paid much attention. Has Sinclair undergone lie detector tests? Has anyone else come forward to speak of similar incidents? Why did Sinclair come forward?

Since Hillary lost her bid for the nomination, watch Rev. Mann closely. Will he change his tune? Or keep speaking the truth?

Rev. Wright is now under Barack’s Bus, along with the rest of the congregation of TUCC and a whole herd of Barack’s former friends and advisers. And his poor old TWP grandmother.

    Next, his wife?

Keep in mind there was a reason why it was against the law as in a crime for an african enslaved in america to learn how to read and write. Obama can run for president because he is not a descendant of an african imported to the US for the purpose of slavery. he is a citizen on his mother’s side- a direct descendant of Jefferson Davis, president of the confederacy. Obama did not mention MLK when he gave his acceptance speech at the DNC.
Remember that MLK said , do not judge a man by the color of his skin- but by the content of his character. In other words, beware of black faces in high places

    Not by name, no.
