This man is insane. Even the Pope in 1980s couldn’t do it.
To ban nuclear warhead is to deal with the root cause:
1. Ban all works of Albert Einstein and the rest.
2. Stop exploration and development of uranium.
3. Ban all nuclear power plants and all nuclear-based medical facilities (for fighting cancer). Understanding nuclear fission reaction theory and use of nuclear radiation to combat deseases are in fact the same wisdom for nuclear warheads.
4. Eradicate all knowledge about nukes.
To do that, you need to convince Russia, North Korea, France, India, Taiwan, China, and yourself, United States of America, and all other non-rouge nations currently developing their nuclear capabilities in power/health/ammunitions. Next you need to “convince” Syria, Iran, and the rest of rouge nations secretly building up their own capability.
Convincing these nations are of course a futile process, Dr. No Energy. You need to immediately prevent these nations from doing the darn thing. Just like Bush, who did the right thing with Saddam. Now, because of your colleagues’ (communists) rhetorics of lies and conspiracy theories against Bush, the current seating President has lost his will to do the right thing with Iran.
Who are you fooling, Barack? You are combatting a scientific knowledge that has advanced in the last 50 years.
Get out of America, Barack and your minions. You’re doing America the greatest disservice.
Before you start with your foolish idea, why not release your Columbia Thesis on Nuclear Disarmament (surely Anti-American in principle) first before we start discussing your policy.

Well, I’ve noticed that you Neanderthals bullies think this “boy” is somehow less human than you, that is, not worthy of the protections guaranteed by American citizenship, predicated on factors such as religion and political philosophy. With an attitude like that, you may get your civil war after all.
Now, I can’t stop you from believing nonsense, but I can warn you that if you act on your nonsensical beliefs then I am prepared to dish out some consequences.
