BDS: the Payback ver.7.08

A nice billboard in Orange County, Florida.

Is this inappropriate? Depends on what the definition of “seven years of BDS” is.

I won’t complain.

Brings a smile to my stone face.

;D

I’m not sure what the text on the right has to do with the picture on the left. Who was in charge of pretty much everything when the picture on the left was taken, anyway? Hint: It wasn’t the Democrats. It was a bunch of GOPers who didn’t care one wit about terrorism, because they were too busy dreaming up a pie-in-the-sky “missile defense shield” and whatnot. It’s amazing how people forget that.

Damn you and your America-hating facts!

It’s hard to imagine what would have happened if on 1/20/1993, Bill Clinton were handed a PDB titled, “bin Laden determined to strike in U.S.,” and then went on vacation for the next month, and came back to D.C. to have Ramzi Yousef, et al, carry out the attack on the World Trade Center.

Of course, that attack, as well as 9/11 — Clinton’s fault.

… and then, spending a TRILLION DOLLARS, and NOT catch the perps…?

    Can you imagine…?!

Since 9/11, which party has constantly stood in the way of efforts to drain the swamps that fermented those terrorist minds? And don’t tell me Iraq was blameless in this; Hussein had his hands in anything anti-US since the first Gulf War. And since Iraq fell, we’ve drawn al Qaeda into their own Iraqi quagmire and completely drained them of money and will. So much so that they beg Democrats to save them!

We’ve created a Democracy in the heart of Islamic theocracy. If there is to be any sort of much-needed reform, there’s where it will begin.

Democrats would have us return to the days of ignoring (as Bill Clinton ignored bin Laden) those things that we shouldn’t ignore. Yes, you can blame Bill Clinton for not pulling the trigger, literally, on bin Laden, when he had he chance.

And Democrats masterminded 7 years of BDS, giving aid and comfort to the enemy, while ‘debating’ the war when they should have been trying everything they could to support the effort. Helping rather than hindering. Joining the battle on our side, rather than on the side of the enemy.

I can understand and sympathize with the creator of that billboard, and thank God he had the balls to put it up.

    Screw the Democrats.

Me too, after seeing that strategy play out in 2006. Thanks, Floridian dumbass!

Imagine, if you can, that Candidate Clinton put Al Gore in charge of a counterterrorism task force in November, 1992, and it never met ONCE before the end of February, 1993!

    Serr8d’s broken record follies:
And since Iraq fell, we’ve drawn al Qaeda into their own Iraqi quagmire and completely drained them of money and will. So much so that they beg Democrats to save them!

Iraq has never been central to the war on al Qaeda or those who are in league with them, the Taliban.

We’ve created a Democracy in the heart of Islamic theocracy.

    Iraq wasn’t a theocracy.

Democrats would have us return to the days of ignoring (as Bill Clinton ignored bin Laden) those things that we shouldn’t ignore.

    1) 9/11 happened after Bush was warned repeatedly and specifically then chose to go on vacation for a month
    2) Bin Laden was cornered at Tora Bora and allowed to escape through incompetence of Bush and Gen Franks
    3) A US Gov’t report says the US has
No comprehensive plan for meeting U.S. national security goals in the fight against terrorism has been developed, as stipulated by the National Strategy for Combating Terrorism (2003), called for by an independent commission (2004), and mandated by congressional legislation (2007).

    Bush has failed, slam dunk
    more here
    and here

    Serr8d:

After that little rant, I’m afraid you have no business accusing anyone else of having any sort of “derangement syndrome.” Ever.

If I thought it was possible to reason with you on this in any way, shape, or form, I’d try, believe me. But you’ve consumed so much Kool-Aid, I’m surprised you don’t have Type II Diabetes…

Well, no, I’ve actually kind of known it for a while. But give me a break, I’m relatively new here. :)

    Heh!

Glad you leftist pricks finally are catching on to what your 7 years of BDS will get for you.

What goes around and all of that…

You tell him guys, everybody knows we should have bombed an aspirin factory in Africa or something, or invaded Afghanistan in the Summer of 2001.
