I have no problem with prosecuting those who broke the law.What I have been saying, and continue to say is that fake registrations do not equate to fake votes. In fact, it’s not even close. Nearly all votes cast that have ANY questions regarding validity are set aside as a PROVISIONAL ballot. And a vast majority of provisional ballots are tossed (generally because they don’t add up to enough ballots, total, to change the outcome of the election, anyway).
That’s because both of the major parties have gotten better at Election Day challenges, and network technology weeds out a lot of duplicate and bogus registration data MONTHS before Election Day.

Fake registrations still classify as VOTER FRAUD.
This is from the HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002, and each state has it’s own laws as well.
SEC. 905. OTHER CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
(a) Conspiracy To Deprive Voters of a Fair Election.–Any individual
who knowingly and willfully gives false information in registering or
voting in violation of section 11(c) of the National Voting Rights Act
of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 1973i(c)), or conspires with another to violate such
section, shall be fined or imprisoned, or both, in accordance with such
section.
(b) False Information in Registering and Voting.–Any individual who
knowingly commits fraud or knowingly makes a false statement with
respect to the naturalization, citizenry, or alien registry of such
individual in violation of section 1015 of title 18, United States Code,
shall be fined or imprisoned, or both, in accordance with such section.
We have criminality going on in and surrounding ACORN.
ACORN is enabling voter and voter registration FRAUD.

But it is illegal to pay people to register to vote.
And it’s voter fraud, JP.
Remember back to your mathematics classes in, say, the 6th grade (when you weren’t being stuffed into lockers that is..)
A set is a large group; which may be comprised of subsets of smaller groups. The subset
of crimes that includes ‘registering people to vote, multiple times’
and another subset ‘registering people to vote by offering payments’
fits neatly in the greater set ‘voter fraud’. Which in turn is a subset
of ‘fraud’ in general; which is in turn a subset of ‘Democrat’s normal
political strategies’.
No matter how you look at it, it’s voter fraud and it cheapens the votes of everyone participating legally.
That set that is cheapens includes all of us who exercise the ‘one man, one vote’ principle that governs elections in this (once-great?) country.
Every one of us, Republican, Democrat, Independent, Green, whatever, should be concerned with ACORN and the obvious Democrats who condone this practice. Including Barack Hussein Obama, who has ties to ACORN, and seeks to benefit from ACORN’s sniveling disregard for the law.
I suppose what tickles me most about this is the amazing double-standard that wingers seem to have in regards to personal responsibility and accountability.
Obviously, Barack Obama must be held to account for some lazy kid filling out 70-some fraudulent registration forms!
But when it’s a small thing, like torture, “it’s just a few bad apples.” Way to support the troops.

No, actually it’s not voter fraud. It’s “voter registration fraud.” You’re submitting a fake form. That’s not good. But it’s not the same as “voter fraud,” which is voting illegally.
Is Obama using ACORN to steal the election? Yes or no.
Obama is using ACORN (and as many other tools as he can muster…lying, concealing, misrepresenting, identity politics, &c.) to ensure that he wins the election.
That’s all that matters to him, and his mindless backers, really.
He’ll change his game once he’s installed. sO!cialism.
