Hey, John Sanders, who’s got the Bright Blue Scrotum now?
In case you’ve missed this, a quick synopsis.
A monkey escapes a Zoo in Seattle (not a chimp, a Vervet Monkey (Chlorocebus pygerythrus). FOX News reporters present the report, with much giggling, because this male monkey is easily identified by his ‘bright blue scrotum‘. The anchors, still laughing, segue to John Gibson, who has a story on.. Eric Holder, the first African-American Attorney General (who just last week made that strange remark, Americans are a “nation of cowards” for not confronting racism).
Oh, this’ll help.
John Sanders, a minor functionary at WBAL-TV in Baltimore, copies the FOX clip on WBAL’s studio equipment, and pastes audio so that it sounds like John Gibson says Eric Holder has a ‘bright blue scrotum’. Hilarity, right? He posts to YouTube, and his helpful friends pass the link to..
Nutroots blogger Arianna Huffington, who posts the YouTube, and a vitrolic hate-rant. The video goes viral; every nutroots blogger (all of ‘em hate FOX News) is bashing on John Gibson, kill, kill, firehim, RACIST!, you know how they are.
Our own lovely and gracious Liz Stephans (and that guy she vlogs with, at Breitbart’s B-Cast) broke the story Friday, that John Sanders had doctored the video. He admitted as such on that B-Cast; that he had doctored the audio, yuck, yuck! But just for fun, y’know!
Johnny Dollar, FOX News friend, posts some of the HuffPo commenter rage, seven pages of lunatic rants even after the video was discovered as altered and a retraction posted. Pond scum and floaters, zee nuthroots.
John Gibson was livid, tells Arianna Huffington, TV Newser and WBAL-TV to lawyer up.
John Sanders was fired. KBAL-TV is cowering. Arianna Huffington prolly doesn’t have the grace to be embarassed. Let’s hope John Gibson sticks it to her.

Another major embarrassment for this Administration that is less than 5 weeks old.
As far as HuffPo goes, who cares? They need some attention. It is just a slightly better mannered Daily Krazy. Gibson has every right to let them have it.
